- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 lb Swiss cheese or possibly mozzarella, shredded
- 1 can Artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
- 1 x Onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb Mushrooms, minced
- 1 x Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs, add in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Makes 2regular quiches.
