Receta Beef Tomato Scallop

Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (3 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked & liquid removed
Direcciones
- Brown onion and beef in butter; add in seasonings and cook about 15 min. Add in 1 1/2 c. grated cheese and stir till cheese melts. Stir in 1/2 c. tomato sauce and mushrooms. Alternate layers of macaroni and meat mix in 2 qt casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 c. tomato sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
